This is meant to add some additional attributes to eval spans for querying/inclusion in tables listing them out.
In particular, adds task_name as a dedicated attribute, and adds a
namefield toDatasetwhich is used to populate adataset_nameattribute. The existingnameattribute is meant to be the "experiment name" and can be set manually, and defaults to the (possibly-overridden) task name if no value is explicitly provided.
